Terms & Conditions

Effective as of 2026-10-16

These terms and conditions apply to the Let's Save app for mobile devices and web browsers, together with any related services operated by Axceera (Private) Limited (collectively, the "Application"). Axceera (Private) Limited is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You should read them carefully before using the Application.

What the Application does

Let's Save is a personal finance tool. It lets you record financial accounts, transactions, categories and budgets, import statements you already hold, set savings and debt goals, and view reports and forecasts built from those records.

The Service Provider is not a bank, a lender, a broker, a payment institution or a financial adviser. The Application does not hold, move or transfer money, and it has no connection to your bank. It knows only what you enter, import, or confirm from a message on your own device. Connecting a bank account, so that its transactions are fetched for you, is a planned optional feature that is not available yet. When it is offered, nothing is read from any bank unless you choose to link an account, and even then the Application only reads transactions and balances; it never moves money.

License to use the Application

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device or computer for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except as and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding (the "IP"). Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use the Service Provider's trademarks, logos, or branding for any purpose. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed in or on the Application.

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or the Service Provider's trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Your Account and Eligibility

By accessing and using this Application, you represent that you are legally permitted to use it in your jurisdiction. You must be at least 16 years of age, or older where a higher age of digital consent applies in your jurisdiction, to use the Application. If you are below that age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for the security of your account and of the device you use to reach it, and for the accuracy of the records you enter. Sign-in codes and session tokens are personal and should never be shared with anyone. If you want another person to see or work on your records, use the sharing feature described below rather than giving them your credentials.

Your Data and Acceptable Use

The records you create or import (your financial accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, goals, plans and the statements you upload) are yours. The Service Provider claims no ownership of them, does not sell them, and does not publish them. Nothing you enter is public, and nothing is visible to another person unless you have invited them yourself.

Sharing with other people

You may invite another person, by email address, to see part or all of your records. You choose what is shared (particular accounts, categories or goals, or everything) and what they may do: view only, view and add their own entries, or full access to what you have shared. Nothing is shared until they accept, and you can end a share at any time, which takes effect immediately.

By inviting somebody you confirm that you are entitled to show them the records you are sharing. Entries another person makes in your accounts are their statements, not the Service Provider's, and the Service Provider does not verify them or arbitrate between you about what a record should say or who it belongs to.

Each person's own subscription decides how much history they can see, including of records shared with them. If somebody shares records with you and their account is on the free tier, the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy applies to those records, and parts of them may cease to be available even though you are paying.

While a share is active, neither party can delete their account: doing so would destroy records the other person can see and relies on. End the shares first. If a person leaves a share, entries they made remain in the account owner's records, because the money moved and the owner's balances depend on them.

You may also choose to pay for another person's subscription. You are the customer for that payment and may stop it at any time; they are the person entitled by it. An account holds one subscription, so if that person later buys their own, the one you are paying for is cancelled and you are refunded for the unused part of the period.

You grant the Service Provider only the permission it needs to run the Application for you: to store your records, display them back to you, categorise, convert, aggregate and project them, deliver the features you choose to use, and keep the service secure and working. That permission is limited to operating the Application and ends when you delete your account. Processing of personal data within those records is governed by the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any law that applies to you
  • Upload or enter data that you have no lawful right to process, including another person's financial or personal data without their consent. This does not apply to records you enter through the sharing feature into an account you were invited to.
  • Upload files containing malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, to another user's account, or to the systems and infrastructure behind it
  • Interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to circumvent any rate limit, entitlement check or other technical restriction in the Application
  • Resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make the Application available to third parties as a service
  • Use the Application to develop a competing product, or to scrape or extract its data or content in bulk

If you believe someone is misusing the Application, or if you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to the Service Provider at hello@letssave.app. The Service Provider will acknowledge reports and respond within a reasonable period.

Subscriptions, Payment and Refunds

The Application offers a free tier and two paid tiers. Each paid tier is sold as a subscription on either a monthly or a yearly term. The price, the term, and what the tier includes are shown in the Application before you confirm a purchase.

A subscription renews automatically.

At the end of each term the subscription renews for another term of the same length, at the price then applying to that term, and continues to do so until it is cancelled. The renewal is charged to the payment method on file on the day the current term ends. You may cancel at any time before that date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep the paid features until then. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period; the Refund Policy sets out when a refund is given.

Who sells you the subscription depends on where you buy it, and that decides both how you manage it and who can refund it:

  • Bought in the web application, in the desktop application, or from a checkout link on the website: Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record. Paddle is the seller: it takes the payment, calculates and remits the VAT or sales tax due in your country, issues your invoice, and is the name that appears on your card statement. You manage, change or cancel the subscription in the Application's own billing settings; there is no third-party customer portal.
  • Bought inside the iPhone, iPad or Mac application: Apple is the seller. Manage or cancel it in Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
  • Bought inside the Android application: Google is the seller. Manage or cancel it in the Google Play app, under Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

The Service Provider cannot change, pause or cancel a store subscription on your behalf, because the store (not the Service Provider) holds the billing relationship.

An account holds one subscription at a time. If you already subscribe on the web, the mobile applications will not sell you a second subscription, and if you already subscribe through a store, the web application will not sell you another. Where both are somehow present, the account is entitled to the higher of the two tiers.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are invoiced only for the prorated difference between what you have already paid and the new price for the rest of the term; if that payment fails, the change does not happen and you stay on the tier you had. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep the tier you paid for until it runs out, and nothing is charged or credited at the time of the change. Where changing the term of a subscription would forfeit time you have already paid for, the Application will not offer that change; cancel instead and it will lapse at the end of the paid period.

Refunds.

Any payment made on the web through Paddle is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by those stores' own policies, and an App Store refund can only be issued by Apple. How to ask is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Prices shown on the web and in the desktop application are exclusive of tax: Paddle adds the VAT or sales tax due in your country at checkout, and the exact total is shown before you pay. Prices in the mobile applications are shown as the App Store or Google Play formats them for your country. You are responsible for any charge your bank or card issuer adds, such as a foreign transaction fee.

The Service Provider may change its prices. A change to the price of a subscription you already hold applies only from the start of a term beginning after you have been notified of it, and you may cancel before that term begins. The Service Provider may also change what each tier includes; where a change materially reduces what your current paid tier includes, you will be notified and may cancel.

If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the payment succeeds, after which the account returns to the free tier. On the free tier only the most recent months of history remain visible, and older records eventually expire under the retention schedule set out in the Privacy Policy. You can export everything at any time, on any tier, before that happens.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation or refund you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Artificial Intelligence and Financial Guidance

The Application uses artificial intelligence for two things: reading statements you choose to upload so that their rows can be turned into transactions, and proposing savings or affordability plans built from figures calculated from your own records. What data is sent, to whom, and what is done with it is described in the Privacy Policy.

Artificial intelligence can be wrong. Statement extraction may misread a row, miss one, or assign it to the wrong category, and a proposed plan is a suggestion generated from records that may be incomplete or out of date. You should review anything the Application extracts or proposes before you rely on it. Every monetary figure the Application shows you is computed by the Service Provider's own systems from your records rather than produced by the model, but that does not make the underlying records or assumptions correct.

The Application does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.

Nothing in the Application is a recommendation to buy, sell, borrow, invest, or enter into any financial product, and the Service Provider is not a financial adviser, broker, lender or tax agent. Forecasts, projections, budget suggestions and affordability assessments are estimates derived from your own past records; they are not predictions, promises or guarantees of any future outcome. Decisions about your finances remain yours, and you should consult a suitably qualified professional before acting on anything that matters.

Accuracy, Availability and Your Responsibilities

The Application stores and processes the data you provide in order to provide the service. It is your responsibility to keep those records accurate and complete, to maintain the security of your device and your access to the Application, and to keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. The Application can export your entire account at any time from its settings, and the Service Provider recommends doing so periodically.

The Service Provider aims to keep the Application available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Application may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a fault at a hosting or third-party provider.

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, whether over Wi-Fi, a mobile network, or a fixed connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity because you have no access to a connection or have exhausted your data allowance. Your mobile network provider's or internet service provider's own agreement continues to apply, and you accept responsibility for any charges they levy for data used by the Application, including roaming charges if you use it outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the Application, the Service Provider assumes you have the bill payer's permission.

Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the Application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which involves removing the software restrictions and limitations imposed by its official operating system. Such actions could expose your device to malware, viruses and malicious programs, compromise its security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

The Service Provider may wish to update the Application from time to time. The Application is currently available for the operating systems it supports, and the requirements of those systems may change, so you will need to install updates if you want to continue using it. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application so that it remains relevant to you or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. You should accept updates when offered; if you choose not to, the Service Provider may cease to support earlier versions and the Application may not function properly. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time. Unless it informs you otherwise, upon any such termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end, and (b) you must cease using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device. Where the Application is withdrawn, the Service Provider will give reasonable notice so that you can export your data first.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time, and may delete your account from within its settings. Deleting your account ends this agreement and erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider may suspend your access to the Application or services if you materially breach these Terms. The Service Provider will provide you with written notice of the breach and, where the breach is capable of cure, you will have 14 days from receipt of notice to remedy the breach. If you fail to cure the breach within that period, the Service Provider may terminate your access.

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if you violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in activity that could cause harm to other users or the Service Provider. Where an account is suspended or terminated by the Service Provider, you will be told why and given a reasonable opportunity to export your data, unless doing so is prevented by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will end and you must delete all copies from your devices. If you hold a paid subscription that the Service Provider terminates other than for your breach, you will be refunded the unused portion of the period you have paid for.

Third Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services to operate, each of which has its own terms. By using the Application you also accept the terms of those providers to the extent they apply to you. Links to their terms are below, and the Privacy Policy describes what each of them receives and why.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

However, the Service Provider retains full liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Service Provider for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service Provider for the Application in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount that must be paid under applicable law, whichever is greater. If you use the Application free of charge, this means the Service Provider's liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of a financial decision taken on the basis of a figure, forecast, report or suggestion produced by the Application, or as a result of relying on information provided by third parties through it.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or directly related to your breach of these Terms or your intentional misuse of the Application, including data you upload in violation of these Terms.

This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from the Service Provider's own negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. In jurisdictions where consumer indemnification is restricted by law, this clause shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, where the Service Provider is established, excluding its conflict of law rules, and except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought before the competent courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law entitles you to bring proceedings in your local courts or to rely on the mandatory law of your own country, nothing in this clause removes that right.

Before starting proceedings, the Service Provider asks that you first raise the matter at hello@letssave.app so that it can be resolved directly where possible.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider concerning your use of the Application, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page with a new effective date, and will give reasonable advance notice of material changes (including any change to the price or content of a paid tier) before they take effect. Continuing to use the Application after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you may cancel any subscription and delete your account.

Previous versions of these Terms and Conditions will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at hello@letssave.app.
